In Costa Rica there are 4 insurance companies that sells health insurance. BlueCross BlueShield, INS, BMI and Pan American life.

All of them have different products, coverages and deductibles.

All insurance companies offer international coverage.

Most of them have the same coverages, but the difference will come reflected in the premiums, international representation and services.
